Required acknowledgements

Cottage food: I operate within the provisions of Oregon Cottage Food Law (ORS 616.695) and understand the current annual gross-sales exemption limit referenced by this directory.Retail meat: I certify each individually packaged retail meat item is processed under USDA or ODA inspection.Custom-exempt shares: I certify these are pre-slaughter live-animal ownership shares. I will name the custom-exempt processor and disclose whether cut-and-wrap and kill fees are included in price or settled directly with that processor.Directory platform terms: I understand Fieldstand Directory is an advertising index and software platform, not a food broker, processor, or party to my customer transactions.
